Bitcoin recovers to $78K as yen surge weakens dollar
Bitcoin rose toward $78,000 as the Japanese yen strengthened and drove broad US dollar weakness, lifting equities and precious metals alongside crypto. The dollar weakness came as Fed rate-hike odds fell to around 62 percent ahead of next week's inflation data.
Why it matters for the crypto market
Currency moves and Fed expectations directly drive Bitcoin price action. A weaker dollar historically supports Bitcoin demand.
