U.S. banking regulator approves blockchain bank OpenReserve charter
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency granted a provisional charter to OpenReserve, a new full-service bank focused on blockchain infrastructure, adding it to the growing number of crypto-native institutions authorized to operate in the U.S.
