Corrections and accuracy

CryptoArrow publishes a feed of global crypto developments at /world. This page explains how that feed is produced, what we do to keep it accurate, and exactly how to tell us when something is wrong.
1. How the feed is produced
Cards are drafted by a large language model with web search, from primary sources: regulators, courts, central banks, company announcements and named news outlets. Each draft then goes through a second, separate verification pass that searches again and must positively confirm the event and its specifics.
A card is published only if that verification pass confirms it and it carries a link to the source it came from. Drafts that are not confirmed are held and never appear on the page. Where a card shows a source, treat that source, not us, as the authority.
This policy took effect on July 30, 2026. Cards published before that date were written under an earlier pipeline and do not carry a source link. They are being retired as they age out of the feed, and no new card can be published without one.
2. What we do not publish
- Anything naming an individual person as the subject of wrongdoing or suspicion.
- Any claim that a company acted unlawfully, stated in our own voice. Allegations, investigations and enforcement actions are reported only as what the responsible body said, labelled with their stage.
- Hacks, exploits and security incidents.
- Price predictions, price targets, and any suggestion to buy, sell or hold anything.
3. Machine-written content
The wording of these cards is machine generated. It can be wrong in ways that read as confident and authoritative. We disclose this on the page itself and in section 13 of our Terms of Service. Verify anything that matters against the linked source before relying on it.
4. Reporting an error
Email legal@cryptoarrow.ai with a link to the page, the card in question, and what is wrong. If you are writing on behalf of an organisation named in a card, say so and we will prioritise it.
Our commitment:
- We aim to respond within one business day and to correct or remove a card that is wrong within 24 hours of confirming the error.
- Corrections are marked and dated on the card, not made silently.
- We keep the record. Cards removed from the page are retained internally with the reason and the date, so what was published and when can always be established.
5. What this page is not
Nothing on CryptoArrow, including the world feed, is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. CryptoArrow is not an investment adviser or a broker-dealer. See the Terms of Service for the full disclaimers.
